U.S.A. Switch is certified to the automotive industries internationally recognized ISO 9001:2000 certification standard. Implemented in 2000, these quality procedures are entwined within the everyday functions of each department to ensure total customer satisfaction and continous improvement; thus safeguarding the established performance and reputation of our company and the quality of service our customers have come to expect.

The vast majority of our products are OE. Those that are not, have been reverse engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications to offer a select "commodity group" of products to the market at a more competitive price. Either way, our quality assurance team evaluates every incoming shipment of product from our factories to ensure the form, fit and fuction of every piece we supply the industry is 100% accurate.
